SmartAppart, hotel residence, offers for rent a meeting / casting room of about 25 m² (270 sq ft) with windows equipped with rolling shutters (mirrors on one wall). Can accommodate 15 to 20 people during meetings. Possibility to provide furniture (chairs and tables). Indicative rates: per day (8 am to 7 pm): €80 to €90, half-day (4 h): €40 to €50. Coffee, tea, pastries, fruit juice, … possible up to 20 people: €40.

ACCOMMODATIONS

SmartAppart offers 43 luxury studios for rent in a hotel residence at very competitive rates that decrease according to the rental duration. The residence is located in Lorient, 15 minutes walk from the train station and 5 km (3 miles) from Larmor-Plage. Acces is possible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week thanks to a digicode system. The residence offers a 25 m2 (269 sq ft) sports room or meeting / casting room.
